About Us
In 2022, we fell in love with the Oliva/Denia/Pego region. The beautiful beach, the green surroundings year-round, and the many leisure activities motivated us to look for a property so we could visit the region more often.
After a long search, we found our little dream home. An older couple from Pego had spent many summers there with their family, but had to part with it for health reasons. The proximity to the beach, the large garden, two terraces, and the friendly neighbors were ultimately the deciding factors. Nevertheless, the place was showing its age, so we lovingly modernized it in 2025, preserving its original charm while also providing all the modern comforts.
Since we won't be able to live in our Cxielito year-round for a few more years, we're sharing it with fellow enthusiasts of the region. Feel free to contact us for more information.
